International Working Meeting with the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

On August 4, 2022, an international working meeting was held in Kyiv with Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Petrenko, Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Yurii Lebed, senior leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine, and a delegation that included Jiří Hynek, President of the Czech Association of Armaments and Defense Industry, Yevhen Krupa, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Defense and Security Industry Association (UADSI), and Bartosz Jacek Kulig, official representative of Studebaker Corporation in Europe.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the restoration and modernization of weapons and equipment at enterprises in the Czech Republic, as well as the possibility for representatives of the National Guard of Ukraine to visit Czech defense industry facilities to familiarize themselves with their production of military equipment and armaments.

The parties also exchanged views on the Lend-Lease program, presented to the representative of Studebaker Corporation.
